1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns on products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Opened or used camping gear (e.g., sleeping bags, cooking equipment).
- Personalized or custom products.
- Sale or discounted items.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- Product(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for return (e.g., damaged, wrong product).
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (only for prepaid orders). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or as agreed upon.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
7. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
